Google loves content its what it eats for dinner lol. Google Food!!! Also mention it last keep your keyword density less than 5 percent. Include a h1 header with your keyword. This tells google this is whats important. Bold you keyword at least once. Also get high pr backlinks 1 pr 5 link is better than 100 pr 1 links. So get high pr links takes less work its not about quatinty although helps its about quality. With one pr 7 link you can outrank top sites.

 

the Google webmasters tool is helpful. But it will not tell you everything! So make sure you use other tools too!
