Sending mail for requesting link exchanges.....its worthful OR
adding in directories OR
Asking on twitter for link exchange.

I'm doing blogging but how it can help me in enhancing my site?

Try to build one way links, rather than reciprocal links. Try posting on relevant do follow forums, with links in your signature. Also, in my opinion, dofollow blog commenting is the most effective. Find some do follow blogs, and post comments on them. Its great for some traffic and also for seo. If you don't want to do this yourself, you can outsource it to someone.

You want top ranking in google.com then first of you make good promotion of your site . second use the social media site and also create blog related your site theme and update this blog regularly and also make social book marking second use some famous social networking site like StumbleUpon, Digg , Propeller or any dofollow site create your pfofile but not use your keyword in this profile and make friends and submit your updated blog and then show result. So dear improve your link means link popularity and i hope you get result.

 

if your website url is .co.in or .in then chances are more that your website rank well in india instead of US.

 

For this you should write a good article and do blogging. The key word should be unique one and you have to build back links
