I need your suggestion and ideas how to get more targeted members and visitors to the new top hosting forum.

 

Maybe make some ads and a lot of promotion will bring more members.

I dont think it will pay off because site is almost unprofitable. It can convert only into members, but i will pay too high amounts of money.

 

you need to post your link in many more forums and utilize google webmaster tools to better index your site. try to get your links on some wikipedia pages with high PR and setup social media for the site. Those alone will bring in some traffic, google adwords and facebook ads may do the rest...
