Selling Top Host Site

I am selling tophostscout.com. I created this website over the summer, but only began marketing it in late December. In under 2 months the revenues have been $400 from web hosting referrals. I am selling because I am currently in need of cash. The website is very easy to run, only requires updates of hosting features and prices once in a while.

Revenue: In January and February $400 from CJ.com commissions, there were 4 sales total of $100 each. Screenshots are located here: CJ1, CJ2. All of these sales are from normal site visitors; I did not refer anyone I personally know to buy hosting.

Expenses: I have spent $50 on advertising. Purchased links and banner. Hosting expenses are low, $1 per month.

Traffic: Over 400 unique visitor per month. US, GB, CA, are top country referrers. Traffic is generally very targeted. Link to awstats is here: awstats

I will help the buyer, and if they want, share tips for succeeding with this website. Please remember that sales through affiliate links are unpredictable, and one day you may have 3 sales, and then go a week without any. Future success depends on how well the next owner markets the site.

I cant see why you are selling it at half the price of your monthly revenue. But I'm interested.
