    What do you call it again when a Google search shows multiple links for one site.
    Like when you search "wikipedia".

    It shows:

    Page Wikipedia
    Spanish Wikipedia
    German Wikipedia
    Početna strana

    What do you call a site like that?

    Erm no, with most sites, Google only returns one link when you search for it.
    But with some it returns a special entry with multiple links.
    Like when you search "wikipedia"

    Holy cow, people, are actually reading the question before answering?
    Such links mean that the site has the authority status in Google which gives it certain privileges.
    You need some really good links from trusty sites to get such "multipe-links SERP".
