They wouldn't be top performing if you list the offers in a fourm it saturates the market even more. But I have found that Fly Cell convets pretty well around 5%-10% in PPC with the right keywords
fly cell is huge but need to be tricky with keywords. flycell used to be my top performing on azoogle but i havent been pormoting many offers on there recently. my top all time performing campaigns or 2 different networks.
I don't think people are going to want to list all of their programs that they use unless they want to make them into their worst programs as it will only lead to them getting much more competition. Good luck anyway.
Ask your account manager to provide you with a list of the top converting offers. That's what they are for. It's not secret info.
