Top Contacts defunct but still appearing.

    When I start typing in the search box in Yahoo Mail (latest version) addresses that are no longer in my contacts list and where all mail to/from them has been deleted (and deleted from 'deleted items') persist in appearing as top contacts. How do I get rid of them?
