Top Bottom and On the Left

I am thinking of having Adsence adds on the top left and Bottom of my site. Thats 3 adds. Is that too much..

No -- I use 3 ads on most of my pages and it seems to work well. Gives users several opportunities -- and many more potentially relevant ads -- to click.
