    I noticed the site has no "record" in compete.com

    http://siteanalytics.compete.com/thedroidnation.com/ which I thought was odd, because of how much traffic it has.

    So I looked at the whois and see the reason.

    I see that your first post is only on December 12th 2011 - less than 2.5 months ago.

    And in that time, you've written 110+ articles which you've spent many hours writing. Plus your articles are good, I doubt I would be able to get writers to write your quality of articles for even $5. You clearly have a good understanding of android and writing tutorials which I'm guessing is why the site is getting traffic - because your articles are genuinely useful.

    So in reality, you've made $400 a month in adsense, but you've been writing about 40-50 articles a month to make that money.

    I noticed you don't include your own time in your "Expenses" section. Your time is not free, it has a value and it has a pretty large cost to replace.

    And you're asking about 18 months of income for the site... sorry, that just does not make any sense for a site that requires the new owner to hire a writer and is 2.5 months old.
