It really depends on your sites content and who its aimed towards, if its aimed towards adults then I'd 100% recommend programs like PimpMansion or HugeTraffic (links in sig) which are dating sites, if you don't want dating adverts on your site then I'd say try AdBrite which works well with entertainment sites and has lots of good adverts, check here:
