Do a search. There are about 5000 threads on here about this topic and several lists of high paying keywords floating around.
Just google "high paying adsense niches" and you will get a very big list. Of course, high paying niches are fierce in competition and it would be better to get into a niche in which you are comfortable.

People need to stop focusing on silly niches and make a website than can actually do something with. I'm not going to make a website on mesotheolima because I know nothing about it. You waste your time thinking you need to find a high paying niche, for what? You're going to offer your visitors a horrible visitor experience, make a few bucks off Adsense....then what?
