I have seen lot of ppl suggesting new ad networks. One of the reason for this is adsense is not excepting new publishers may be because they have better options available for them comparatively and other is people are not making much money out of their ad networks. east or west google adsense is best........... if you are not getting try to make your website with good navigation and content. If you are banned then you should look for others
