Top Accounting Software for Small Business?

    Thoughts on this.....I remember Microsoft 2007 being free, but now you have to pay for it. I'll probably go with Peachtree's $150 small business solution, but wanted to hear your opinions.

    peach tree is good.. i think it also has built-in bank reconciliation as well.

    I run an accounting service and I have worked with most of the major accounting packages.

    I like Quickbooks Pro the best, followed by Peachtree.
    They are almost the same, except that QuickBooks has better reporting features.

    It used to be that Peachtree was "better" from an accounting standpoint, but that is no longer true.
