Though I wont' say that you don't need to submit to SE at all now a days ..
Looks like there are a few duplicates by the same people. I really hate when webmasters change the color of a site and give it a new name but with the same layout.......
I think theres no need to submit your site to search engine. Spiders will crawl your site even if you did not submit your site to SE's.
