Submitting to more article directories is always better if your getting a ROI....but the Ip address has nothing to do with it..in this case..

That a good tips, dude. Regarding hubpages, you must write a unique article so the your hubpages will get high hubpages score.

 

yep it's always a good rule of thumb to use unique content for hubpages and your websites etc....however you can use duplicate content and still rank higher than the original content...
