Top 5 Sources of traffic?

I have 3 questions.

I want to know what are the top 5 sources of traffic and how to get traffic from them.

Secondly, what's easiest way to get 100 visitor per day for a new website except Adwords.

How to get started with blogs and how can we get traffic from them.

Digg may be considered as third source in some cases!

 

Your best choice is to be ranked in Google for a good keyword.

 

Easiest way to start blogging is with blogger.com. Sign up for free account and create 1 or more blogs. Each blog should have a link back to your site.

Each time you post do a ping. Frequently updated blogs get noticed by google and links will lead back to your site.

1. CPC programs like Adwords
2. Social Bookmarking
3. Forum signatures
4. Buy text links from high traffic sites
5. Search Engines (via SEO)

For your second question,

If you have the time but no budget: Post in forums with your signature, write articles and create good content for your site. Finally, perform SEO on your site.

If you have time and budget: Buy text links from highly relevant sites plus the above.

If you have no time but have budget: Buy text links from highly relevant sites and utilize CPC programs besides Adwords

If you have no time and no budget: Don't bother

For your third question, many people will tell you to start off with unique and interesting content then traffic will follow. However, I would advise you to also read up on internet marketing and how to promote your blog as well with the information that your target group wants.

in that order.

 

1. Search engines, especially Google and Yahoo!
2. forum sigs
3. articles submissions
4. social sites like Squidoo and Digg
5, regular blogging

Constant SEO but it'll take some time.

Use either wordpress or blogger. You can get some traffic from them by making links to your site and also work on te keywords.

 

Anybody know something about this ? Does it work ?

 

For long term traffic you defiantly need to start optimizing your website for a particular keyword and acquire backlinks from relevant sites in your niche as well.

i think for this year social networking sites would be the best source of getting traffic.

 

My top sources are:

1. Forum signatures
2. Press Release links
3. Google results

 

to have much traafic to ur site use digg and shout wire remember to submitt ur posts in www.digg.com and www.shoutwire.com then u will see the trafic and to be ranked high in google use best key words and submitt ur site in as much directories as u can and about blogging ..i will give u a best idea coz i myself is using bloggs so u can use tblog and also blogspot but i will refer u to use tblog.com coz its simple and the best.got any problem in blogs mesg me then.
