Thanks for sharing. This has keywords for most of the *hot* niches. But I think these keyword's value must be changing from time to time. Also, one may not earn the same amount specified in the csv? Wouldn't it also depend on the traffic and other adsense parameters?

Prefer to use online high paying keywords tools. Its not static, updated regularly ..
