Here's my experience so far: Before I had backlinks..... TITLE TAGS were giving me some rankings..... in fact, I still get good hits for words in my title tag Now, here's what I would put to get to the top: 1) Backlinks.... even crappy PR0 ones.... and then yes some high quality ones 2) Everything else (Content, Title Tags) What I realized = domain name doesnt matter all that much..... but with all things being equal, I think the domain name takes over
all *****.blogspot.com domains are more than 8 years old. so they must be on the top google is changing its algo.. now its searching for content rather then backlinks pr is required but it takes time to have 5+ most importent google need is open directory DMOZ submition
you need as everyone says backlinks are importent, it really is. but everyone knows how to make backlinks and there are too many site to provide paid backlinks, thats why google now need some think diferrent. so we need quality backlinks from trusted sites like dmoz.com, yahoo directory, google directory.. and sites that has 5+ pr like DP 1. updates - atleast 3-4 times a week. 10 post a day and then sleep for 10 days is the worst 2. easy links - www.abcd.com/3Dwallpapers is better than www.abcd.com/3Dfk250/wall1451papers 3. domain age is required but not that so important - 12-18 months is good enough 4. too many keywords in content are considered as spam correct me if I'm wrong
Hi Anuj i total agree with your points but not with the 2nd one i think yourdomain.com/category/postname is as optimal as yourdomain.com/postname infect yourdomain.com/category/postname more specific and keyword reach
