However, a few of those aren't free.

8. Goongee - reciprocal or $19.99
12. Onlinedirectoryguide - reciprocal
16. Sedir.org - $9.99
24. Allthewebmasters - $9.99

Also, 23. websavvy is not accepting submissions.

 

It's so hard to know anymore which directories are the "Golden One" to submit to..I have lists of directories - and if you study a lot of them they are pure trash and would not let go of one ounce of page rank if their life depended on it - Stepping down off the soap box now - Thanks for the List!

Yeah I guess it all depends on if you consider a directory which requires a reciprical to be "free"
