I use directory critic and they have good list for directories new and old with or without PR.

Is there a part 10 by any chance? I'm really quite impressed with this list. Many people don't actually have a good list with lots of high PR sites. Most have about 20 + then the rest are PR 0.

Great List, but i noticed that directory submission is losing its value. Guest Blogging, Comment Posting and article marketing are now one of the most effective way for building backlinks.
