    Man, that is one of the worst lists I have seen a while. Many of the sites are dead, re-directed or the PR is wrong.

    Yes, you can use certain automate tool for certain directories submission. One thing, total number of submission does not equal to approval number of links back. You submit 1000 listing, does not mean you get 1000 links back, it is subject to owner approval.

    yes i know that, i used to have an auto-approve list of directories, and submit my site to them with the help of informinter firefox addon and robotform, but it's still time consuming though.
    by the way, do you have any list of auto-approve web directories list?
