Top 20 Free Directories

I am just starting to promote a new website and I was wondering if any body would be able to advise me on what the top 20 free directories are (for UK). I am aware of DMOZ but what other directory sites are good?

Yes this is a good list. The best 20 list does not need to be UK specific, just mentioning that is case it made any diiiference.
