    Yeah, specially when you are commenting to blogs.
    Self-hosted Wordpress blogs is no follow by default
    you need to install a plugin to make it as do follow.

    How do you post blogs on a site? Do these have to be written by yourself?

    Forums obviously allow you to register and post, but how is this possible with blogs????

    You need to ask the owner of the blog to write for you, or you can write an article and ask him to publish it. It is not free though. You can see a lot of blogposting services in dp service section, try them.
