    Publisher has to understand that keywords "debt consolidation" (about 30$ per click (by Adwords)) and "debt consolidation www" (may cost 0.05$ per click) are different. And no guaranties that Google will show only highest paying ads.

    some of the keywords are old..just combined with new ones.. cpc rate changes all the time. and the new google adwords has a filter by city,country or region where the high cpc click will be served..in short even if you have a high paying keyword in your page but your visitor came from india or other 3rd world country.. you will still get cents with clicks.. :D
