The lists looks impressive, but most of the directories are not with this PR, - checked few of them, the other 2-3 clicks just wont load and closed this top100 page.

Its a big list however where you have written (paid) for a few links, I'm assuming the ones you haven't written (paid) for are free.

I tried the third link stpt.com and it asks for payment when submitting a link.

I've only tried one so I could be wrong.

There are not upgraded rank. Many of these catalogs is unusable for ordinary mortals. For example, DMOZ

I have a directory list but it's nearly three years old. Hopefully I can sort through and find useful links in your list.

I think ignoring the importance of directories early on may have cost me some juicy traffic.
