Top 10 Website designs you've come across

I'm looking to pitch a website design to a current hosting client, because hers is extremely dull/out-dated, so I'm looking for a bit of inspiration to wow her.

What are the top 10 designs you've come across?

They can be wordpress themes or regular html, what made them stand out to you? what key features did you enjoy about them etc?

Ooooohh. I do like myself a bit of minimalism.

I especially like http://www.visualboxsite.com/ and http://maketea.co.uk/. Although some of the markup leaves a bit to be desired, they're both quite clean.
