What I know about Video Marketing is to create informative and helpful videos. They could be tutorials, reviews, infomericials e.t.c.

You can use a screen video capture tool like Camtasia (Think you can pick up a early free version somewhere) and then edit in the free Windows Movie Maker or any other free video editing software.. adding titles and credits with a link back to your site. I bought a cool tool called 'Natural Reader' that reads any text in a professional and natural sounding computer voice that you could use for voice overs..

Then upload to the video sites, and using the tool above. Like I said, I've just come across it and about to make some videos myself and upload to test it out.

Google favors videos on searches as well so thats another benefit. Be sure to include your keywords within the Title and Description of the video info.
