I like 1-6, and 9. 7, 8, and 10 are pretty useless for any of the websites I run, however a very good list nonetheless.

All in SEO Packs is one of the best SEO Plugin. And i used it in my website it work good.

 

Plugins are very useful but I devote more attention to optimizing my wordpress theme, this may give better results than all plugins. Some examples here: Seo Tips for Wordpress/, but "All in SEO Pack" is the major plugin in my seo arsenal
