Why are you selling this site?
I have no time to manage this site as im focusing on other projects

    How is it monetized?
    Adsense, social media etc.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
No. It has as facebook page but ill try to transfer it to the new owner if required.

How much time does this site take to run?
Few hours per month? depends on how much you want to expand it

What challenges are there with running this site?
Adding new and engaging content is the main thing. Also getting social media traffic if you are good with that.

All content are unique handwritten content by my own writers. If the new owner wants i can introduce the writers to him/her. If you are good with social media like facebook you definitely can make money off this niche promoting the site there.

How much revenue you have generated. Could you import AdSense data.

How many articles are published? How much did you pay for each one?

There must be something wrong which is forcing you to sell this property at a loss, what happened?

There's nothing wrong with it. the only thing 'wrong' here is i dont have the time to manage this site anymore.

if you're good with social media you can use it to promote this site easily

People that run out of time don't short-sell properties.

There has to be something you're not telling us.

Are the Facebook likes real? I notice one of the posts has 1,000 likes and not a single comment so I'm guessing not?
