Agreed. These are all valid points that should be considered, but not all will effect you as much as previously stated. The reply above best sums up the points. As for #10, the use of frames doesn't hurt/help you. Web crawlers read your content, and judge you based on several other items, none of which are the use of frames.
No form of cloaking should ever be attempted by a newbie, but for someone that knows what they are doing cloaking can be incredible. The thing to keep in mind is everything you do to promote your site should look organic to the search engines. Too much of anything too fast can send them red flags. For example I was using a custom program that built huge web sites very quickly. I'm talking over 3 million pages in less than a week. For the first few months the site did incredibly well and my google adsense income was fantastic. Then one day most of my traffic stopped and all my listings in google was gone. I went from making thousands of dollars a month from adsense to almost nothing over night. I repeated everything on another domain but this time I set it to build the site slower and that site has been pulling in great income for over 3 years. The same thing is true with too many backlinks on a brand new site. Google can tell if the site is new and if they see thousands of links coming to it very quickly they will know that it wasn't natural. The most important things needed for SEO is: Fresh content updated at least a few times a week. Quality back links with good anchor text, but not all the same anchor text and don't point all the links at your main page, point some at inner pages on your web site (deep site linking) Keywords in H1 tag titles. Quality content - if you have good quality content that has value you will find people linking to your site without you even asking for it. If you spend your time working on these few things the rest of the SEO pretty much takes care of itself. Jacob Treant
Says on alexa to only use 10 keywords, however I see websites on page one of google with many more than 10. auto submission tools will not hurt your website but there are some sites such as google that you need to submit manually

I know that "key word stuffing" can dramatically impact SEO, how does one avoid it when you are writing content that is 3000 - 5000 word articles and you have to mention your "keywords" multiple times throughout? Is the density of the keywords compared to the total content taken into consideration?
can you plz justify the 5th point i.e. Use Automatic Submission Tools is a mistake? I mean now a days each n every website has got captcha so its not easy any more.
