    As part of the sale I'll include a list of nearly 100 search terms which are related to the site - I was planning to write one article on each topic to try to rank the site for more terms.

    The site is hosted on Blogger so there are no hosting costs, and the domain is good for another 5 months.

    The site is getting about 250 uniques per month according to Blogger stats, however nearly 100 of those are from a site called addmefast where people visit your site in exchange for twitter followers etc - a previous owner added the site to that. So only assume about 150 uniques per month, mostly from Reddit submissions.

    There have been a couple of Adsense clicks but nothing major so assume no revenue.

    As mentioned most of the traffic comes from Reddit rather than SERPS, but there is still some search engine traffic, 54 UV from SERP in the last couple of months.

    I can provide a list of search terms which people have used to visit the site if you like?

    Just to point out, these type of lists go viral really easily so by submitting the odd list to Reddit, Digg etc you can easily drive a lot more traffic to the site.

    12 hours left, great chance to own a site with traffic which is free to run (other than domain renewal once a year)
