    I was a newbie once myself, so I can understand your frustration when trying to learn about different factors of SEO.

    Anchor text is very useful for helping to increase keyword performance.

    When a keyword phrase is linked to a website using anchor text, it help to establish relevancy for the website that it is back linked to.

    Anchor Text = Optimized Links
    When a website has an outbound link using anchor text, it can benefit both websites in most cases. (Amusing it is done properly.)

    When using anchor text when posting backlinks on other websites, remember to do the use the same text in the anchor text of the link as is in the title of the web page that the link is pointing to.

    I agree. One of my websites (2,000 webpages) has less than 100 non-thematic one-way incoming links but
    listed by G among the top 5 sites for "digital products". On most of the wepages, the 1st link (anchor text of "Digital Products") is to the homepage.

    I don't agree. My TipsToImproveMemoryDotCom is new with 5 articles taken from Article Directories but
    is on page 1 of Google for "tips to improve memory". Domain names with keywords are important.

    My AdsenseForDummiesDotCom is another example.

    I totally agree with you on this. The title and first paragraph of article (contains keywords) is most important.

    Google not ban duplicate site actually when you copy and paste the article from article directory you just ping your blogs and built some backlinks and it will be ranked in Google.

    Please do not base your option for the importance of the Domain Name, in regards to SEO, on one website.

    The domain name has many factors within itself that all play a contributing role when in comes to SEO, but all of these factors combined do not matter as much as other factors than are able to be controlled.

    Many factors within the domain name itself are not able to be controlled in same manner as other important factor are.

    I am not trying to down-play the role that the domain name has when it comes to SEO, I am trying to help others understand that many factors can be used to help with SEO, other than just the domain name of the website.

    Search Engine Optimization is a large institution and maybe you could produce a book about it. You can set 3 months for building the book and another 3 months for marketing it. Its worth it.
