Top 10 in Bing

I too am wondering this. I want to get my pages ranked in Bing because I hear it converts better.

 

I would have to agree with most that you should target Google and even yahoo before worrying about Bing. For us, we are always in the top couple on Google and Bing, so I guess we are just lucky..

There are no shortcuts. Work hard, work smart. I guess Bing is working just like Google, sure, they don't have the same algorithm, but it's the same principle.

 

Yes you should try to focus more on google. Build links and content you might get on the top rankings list slowly. It is the same rule for bing but sometimes its much more difficult to win the old sites and go over them in rankings.

 

bing IMO is pretty much a waste of time, if you spend your time optimizing for Google you will end up in Bing for sure. We are ranking #1-3 results for almost all our keywords which bring in traffic, yet bing brings maybe 1-2 UV's a day, compared to Google which is substantial.
