kingbloom.com is the best. i have one site listed there.
but, hobbyline.com is not free and deep-directory.com doesn't transfer PR!

A question about your do-it-yourself directory addition service: When a person learns they need to install that "context tool" onto their computer (not mentioned until after all info is entered into your website), does any malware also get installed?

Honestly...im a fan of DMOZ when I get listed

 

hobyline turned into paid directory a week ago.
Swoop, the installation just adds a context menu, nothing else, no malware.
