I do agree with @Brand Builder. The rate is quite low for this job. If you want to quality work for your websites then you must pay in quantity. One can just insert the already written content and get it written by bots at this rate. I'm a writer and I do my work with a passion. Only a writer will understand how much efforts it takes to produce a unique, top notch quality content. Sorry Lee, but I personally feel the rate is low.
With this price you probably can get only articles that don't pass copyscape and even without sense with just spun. I suggest you to increase your price or just to accept this, but in that cases i suggest you simply to copy the articles you want and add images, it takes few minutes
