Good header menu. But maybe you need give information about your site. And if i can say,maybe you need to add menu for sign up or login. So your site will be less spam.
Your site using too much inline ads and that makes it more like earning from ads site, so you need to check out that and also fonts needs to be more readable and better increase font size. Thank you
