Tools you use for Social media?

I suspect most of use are using Social networks for promotion of your products and websites. What tools do you use top help you with this tasks? Here are some of the tools and applications I use:

1. Social Media for Firefox - a nice extension for FF to help you check if the article is submitted and with the submission itself.
2. StumbleUpon Toolbar - this is a no brainer. If you use StubleUpon you MUST use the toolbar
3. SocialSniffer - a tool which helps track your Social media engagement. (Yes, I am affiliated with the tool and no this is not an affiliate link.)
4. Digsby - a great application for IM and Twitter
