Hello! I am creating a text tools website now (90% ready) and I wonder how would I promote it. I don't want to pay anything for PPC and so on, I shouldn't count on SE because there isn't much content (just one or two sentences). What do You suggest? PS. I think that it isn't so old idea, because I couldn't find any site like this. There are some sites with Rot13 or Base64, but there isn't a page when You can find so many tools in one place In fact, I have bloody no idea how can it convert, when CPC can I reach etc., however, I would like to know Your opinion how to get visitors to site like this one.
