Tools to sort out directories via ip

I have a big list of directories (5000+)

However I'm finding that alot of these directories have the same ip.
I'd like to be able to sort through a list of 5000 that will list the ip addresses..

Then I can just go ahead and del the duplicates.

Been searching all day and have found nothing that can mass check domains with a list of their ips...
