Tools to measure/baseline social media reach/activity?

    As part of my pitch to my clients, I would like to present a baseline of how well their current social media is performing (mainly FB, Twitter & Linkedin) - i.e. reach - number of views/shares/likes etc, in order that I can give a potential benefits statement as to how much better we could do for them if they hired us.

    Can anyone suggest a good tool (ideally free but would be willing to pay a small amount!) that can help capture this info into a nice report, bearing in mind that I won't have any admin/management access to their profiles, just what is publicly available?

    Thanks for that they look useful but as I won't have any admin or page management access to the profiles - I can't add their page information to any of those dashboards to monitor.
