One of the most common rehashed sayings regarding link-building is that you should have tools/services on your website as they generate links.

I have created a website which contains a tool/script that aims to predict the outcome of football matches which can be helpful for people into betting on football matches.

I was wondering if there are any techniques that can help to get the ball rolling.

Besides sport-related forums, try to drop a link on AI and mathematics-related boards, those gigs will be interested in your concept for prediction and you may get SMO-SMM links there.
