    So far no tool will let you know about sandbox effect but you can check manually your website while page indexed and cached report track your website weekly and do some thing new content update and better let you website down for some days after deleting old content.

    A sandbox is a term invented by marketers, but never recognized by Google, my suggestion is try to bring real and quality traffic to your site if you do things correctly it come to the first places in Google eventually.

    Sandbox is when you've just launched your website - Google places it in Sandbox.
    Banned is when you did something bad and your website SUDDENLY for you dropped low.
