Google Webaster tool is good one I am not friendly with other tools. SEO Quake toolbar gives you every details of webpage.

 

i think currently the best one is seo quake
it has a lot of features and it will show exact figures most of the times
(its a firefox addon for short, no purchase required, its free of cost)

 

I don't use any keyword tracking tool, i use seobook's rank checker tool for rank checking. I will try Free Monitor for Google.

 

Have you tried Shawn's legendary keyword, ranking tracking, dragon eating, metal armored tool?

 

I would suggest you to check rankings manually. Tools may not give you the accurate result.
