    Not sure if there is any specially for authority links but I used backlinkwatch to check all my site backlinks.

    you can use traffic travis as it gives loads of details apart from backlinks.

    There is NOT such a tool. You'd better use more than just 1 backlink checker, backlinkwatch and ahrefs would be very useful for you in the beginning :)

    No tool is available which can check authority of a website and the amount of link juice which will pass through several websites. You can only see the number of back links coming to your site and the source of these links.

    Of course, Yahoo explorer is not back... But there is a new backlink checker in Bing Webmaster Tools, if I remember correctly. Should work like YSE, but some folks say it's nowhere near YSE :(

    As for me, I use SEO Spyglass to check backlinks, but you have to know how to use it to figure out which ones of those link sources are safe to use.

    For me backlinkwatch works for me. But you can also check other tools mentioned. Then decide which one works best for you, as you also check out other stats.

    Don't use tools. You can get free backlinks from manual Offpage activities. It is best and very easy for you.
