As i search the net i found that there is an article tools that we can use to save time and to make our article writing and promotion easier.

    1. Format your article. Try www.fwointl.com/FWOFormatter.html. This tool will help you to format properly your article. It also gives you the total count of characters, words and lines.

2.Text Converter- you need a simple tool for converting your article to HTML. Using such a tool will greatly reduce the time you spend getting your articles up on your site. You can find a free one at http://www.cyber-matrix.com/txt2html.html.

    3. Spell Checker Tool- Tiny Spell is a free program that will allow you to check the spelling of words in any Windows application. http://www.megspace.com/computers/tinyspell/.These tools will not write your articles. That is completely up to you. But using them will dramatically decrease the time you have to spend writing your articles and getting them ready to submit.

1 seems like a lot of wasted time. Use Wordpress or JCE in Joomla.
2 no need to mark up html with the right cms
3 Firefox does this as well.

Yeah I don't think any of these tools are particularly useful....for me anyway.
    1) Usually when you write an article you just format it as you go. There is no need to do this as a separate step.
    2) Only very basic html is required in articles. I can add that basic html quite quickly. I guess for some people unfamiliar with html this would be useful.
    3) Most text editors like MS Word include a spell check feature.

I guess for some people these tools would be useful, but not for people with intermediate computer skills.

Microsoft Live Writer is better than any of the above writers. It is easy to attach pics with this writer.

I have to say that my favorite tool for writing articles is Dragon NaturallySpeaking. Gone are the days when my fingers would suffer from cramps trying to get in as many articles I can. Now I can talk 10 articles in about 30 minutes. It really speeds up the process, and though it may not be the same for everybody I find it a lot easier to have cohesive thought patterns by speaking them than trying to write them and rewrite them.

Oh and by the way, this entire post took me about 11 seconds. Gotta love the voice recognition software.
