toolow here refers to prices. also a very popular phrase people commonly use. So toolow can easily become a brand for ecommerce type.

I definitely like the domains. They're short and easy to remember! I'd be a little stumped about what sort of content to start promoting, however you seem to already know the direction you're taking it. I'd love to see what keyword phrases you end up targeting for your SERPS. How to use tools? how food is made? those would be my two guesses for the two. I think both have potential for a big sale price if you develop them.
How to use tools? How food is made? Yes, that is my general idea but I do not really want to have a recipe site as such and with tool website I am not really sure yet whether to concentrate on videos on content. But whatever it will be there are some good ways to monetize them.
