    By toolbar you mean it should be in clients browser and when someone click over it then it should go to your website?

    You can easily make this toolbar using delphi but not sure abotu radio buttons, never tried with it

    you have to check microsoft development site, there is information how to do a toolbar, not easy stuff! firefox extensions are waayyyyy easier
