Toolbar Moves Down Text

    The text on the menu moves down when my SeoQuake toolbar is visible. When I close toolbar the text goes back to its rightful place. My site is http://barriehomeinspections.com.

    I have attached a file which shows the dropped text.

    Is there a script or code to prevent this from happening?
