Buying Toolbar and webdesign

    Hi,

    For a new project I am looking for a programmer to create a toolbar and desingn (logo's and layout) a webpage.

    I want a toolbar with the same functions as: http://tinyurl.com/c6ld9du toolbar for IE, FF, Safari. Incl. installation with custom logo's and set default home page. option
    The site must be something like http://tinyurl.com/cawhgzv only with a other design and download toolbar link.

    As you can see there is a combination of Programming and Design needed for this project.

    If you can do this project please send me a estimate and we can work it out.
