I think just Excel can produce some basic graph like this

 

I understand that the Graph will be done through excel but im asking what SEO tool to classify the type of backlinks to my website.

Unless you're doing the backlinking yourself, or you receive a report, there is very little that can be done to check how your backlinks are divided. You could do extensive html searching, such as looking at footers, but that isn't exactly beneficial.

What is important are what URLs they get posted to, and for that you can just use search operators in google.

You can find anchor texts and you can assume which backlinks are comments or context posts or forum sig/profile links

You can go to the links to see if they're alive or not.

It really is tough to figure out unless you're given the report by your SEO provider. I mean, in that image you showed, 32.8% were "Unknown". See?
